The Phases to a new development
Purchasing a new-construction residence is an exciting opportunity — and at Casa Avenida, we believe the process should feel just as thoughtfully designed as the homes themselves. To help guide you, we’ve outlined each phase of the development journey in simple, elevated terms so you always know what to expect, from the early stages to the moment you receive your keys.
Vision & Design
Every new development begins with a vision. For Casa Avenida, that vision came to life through the collaboration of RWB-Linares Architecture, Ava Gray Interiors, and Stef Leonel Interior Design. This phase includes concept design, architectural planning, interior selections, and layout development - ensuring that each residence blends modern functionality with refined coastal aesthetics.
Phase 1
Pre-Construction Release
Prior to construction, residences are released at the pre-construction stage. Buyers can secure launch pricing, preferred floorplans, and optimal orientations while reviewing floorplans, finishes, renderings, pricing, and the full community vision.
Phase 2
Reservation & Contract
After selecting a residence, buyers secure it through a reservation and formal purchase contract. This includes an initial deposit, document review, and contract execution, officially removing the home from the market.
Phase 3
Construction & Progress Updates
As construction begins, buyers receive regular updates, photos, and milestone notifications—from foundation to final finishes—providing clear visibility as the residence takes shape.
Phase 4
Final Walkthrough & Closing
Once construction is complete, buyers conduct a final walkthrough to confirm details and specifications. Closing follows, with ownership transfer, key delivery, and move-in readiness.
Phase 5
Welcome to the Community
After closing, residents settle in as the community is finalized with association structures and long-term maintenance plans. Casa Avenida is designed to ensure a seamless transition into ownership from day one.
