The existing structure is carefully deconstructed. Salvageable materials are catalogued, hazardous materials handled to code, and the site is cleared and prepped.
Architecture and engineering drawings submitted to the City of Delray Beach. Permits, zoning approvals, and environmental clearances filed concurrently.
Groundbreaking begins. Foundation piles driven, concrete slab poured, and the masonry structure rises floor by floor.
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades run conduit, ductwork, and piping throughout all 8 residences. Elevator shafts and smart-home wiring roughed in.
Custom cabinetry, Italian tile, Brizo fixtures, and curated interiors by Stef Leonel & Ava Gray installed. TCO issued and keys delivered.
