Phase 1 — Vision & Design
Every new development begins with a vision. For Casa Avenida, that vision came to life through the collaboration of RWB-Linares Architecture, Ava Gray Interiors, and Stef Leonel Interior Design. This phase includes concept design, architectural planning, interior selections, and layout development - ensuring that each residence blends modern functionality with refined coastal aesthetics.
Phase 2 — Pre-Construction Release
Before construction begins, the development is offered to the market at the pre-construction stage. This early release allows buyers to secure a residence at launch pricing and choose from the most desirable floorplans and orientations. During this phase, prospective buyers receive: Detailed floorplans Finish palettes Rendering packages Pricing and availability A full overview of the community vision
Phase 3 — Reservation & Contract
Once you’ve selected your residence, the next step is securing it through a reservation followed by a formal purchase contract. Phase 4 — Construction & Progress Updates
